2.5 Liter Heavy Guage Stainless Steel Whistling Metallic Red Tea Kettle

Very nice, sturdy tea kettle. The color (red) is very shiney and pretty. The whisle is a little shrill but you know when your water is ready!

Got this from another website that showed a black plastic lid in the image. Received mine but it was a metallic lid as shown in this image. The body looks sturdy with a nice red glossy metallic finish but the lid was otherwise (looked cheap). Nonetheless, I washed and dry it before putting it for the first boil. The boiling process was real quiet (compared to my Ikea kettle) and the whistle was real loud and high pitch when the water has boiled. No after taste but to my horror, the inside of the lid rusted the very next day.

Would have recommended this product if the lid didn't rusted.

This is a great tea kettle, its a good price holds plenty of water and looks really sharp. It shipped quickly and works great.
