I received this fondue set as a gift. The first time I used it, the ceramic pot cracked while we were in the middle of eating our fondue. The pot cracked from side to side, leaking cheese all over the place and making it completely unusable. It had to be thrown out. I contacted Chantal directly through their website explaining the situation and asked for them to send me a replacement pot. I was put in contact with a Anne who was clearly not interested in making me a happy customer. She reluctantly agreed to send me a replacement pot, but I was informed they were out of stock. She said she would email me when they came back in stock. After several follow up emails to her, the pot finally came back in stock five months after my original email to her. She then wanted me to provide her my credit card information over email so she could charge me a $13 shipping & handling fee for my replacement pot. No thanks!
