Love this omelette pan! It's a great healthy alternative to nonstick (Teflon) pans. If you're worried about the health risks of cooking with Teflon, this is a fabulous alternative, since you are essentially cooking on glass (nontoxic and won't deleteriously flavor your food while you cook). Use butter or coconut oil to cook with this pan (or cooking spray, if you're watching your calories) and this pan really is virtually nonstick. I love mine so much (in Cobalt Blue), that I bought an 8" omelette pan (in White) to go with it--the smaller one is ideal for cooking eggs in the morning & the larger (10") works great for saute duty or for grilling sandwiches, etc.

I have several pieces of Chantal cookware because it offers even distribution of heat and easy clean-up. This piece is no different.

HAVE USED THIS FOR EGGS AND THEY DIDN'T STICK AND BREAK THE YOLKES LIKE OTHER PANS.
