Advantages:
~ The handle stayed cool enough, even after boiling a large amount of water on high gas heat.
~ I like the click-click feature. It's nice to be able to pour without holding the lever in.
~ It 'feels' like a quality product.
~ It looks really cute on my stove.
Disadvantage (and deal-breaker for me):
~ My number one criteria for a tea kettle is that it whistles loud enough so I can hear it in the next room, even if my music is playing. Boiling one cup at a time, I could barely hear the whistle in the next room. It will only whistle loud enough if it's at least half full. This is disappointing for me since most of the time, I only need one cup of water. Unfortunately, I will have to return this product. But if you regularly boil water for multiple people at a time, or if you're not concerned about the loudness of the whistle, then this seems like a quality product that will serve you well.
