Creative Home Sphere 3 Qt Stainless Steel Whistling Tea Kettle - Bronze

This tea kettle is a really nice shiny color and still cleans easily. It pours well but doesn't whistle until it is really boiling hard. It seems to take awhile to heat up but that might just be that I have a flat electric cooktop and the kettle has slight ridges on the bottom.

This was purchased as a replacement for a stainless designer model tea kettle that had outlived its useful life. The primary need was aesthetic - and this unit filled the bill perfectly.
However, the time it took to receive this item was way too long, which prompted me to contact the seller to see what's the matter. As it turns out, the listing did warn about this eventuality, but I was hoping the listing was pessimistic, so as to ensure greater likelihood of an on-time delivery.
In the end, I am happy with this purchase and would recommend the seller (as long as it's not needed quickly).
