Bought this for my mom in assisted living. She loves it - carries it on her walker tray - stable - doesn't tip. It keeps her coffee hot all day. It is easy for her to use - she doesn't have to hold something with her thumb while pouring. Great product!!

This server has exactly five parts: the glass bottle that holds the liquid, a lightweight plastic shell, the bottom that screws onto the shell, the lid and a rubber ring at the top. After its first use, I could hear liquid swishing in the bottom and I had to take it apart. There was about a half cup of coffee inside the bottom. Apparently the glass insert was not seated properly into the rubber ring at the top. Since I put it back together it has not leaked. There is no insulation around the glass bottle. Even after putting warm water in the bottle to preheat it as instructed, the server keeps the coffee warm for about four hours. I was hoping it would keep coffee hot for much longer than that.

So far, I have only used the Emsa Samba, Quick Press Insulated Server once. However, it performed perfectly, keeping the coffee very hot. Serving the coffee was a breeze, just by pressing the lever on the top of the carafe. It holds approximately 8 cups and is compact in size. I highly recommend it.
