I only used this twice and it sprung a leak in the seam between the side and bottom of the kettle. A tiny leak that spilled all over my stovetop overnight creating a mess. I would rather go back to good old Revere, paying a little more, but knowing the quality is there.

I NEEDED A NEW KETTLE AND THEY ALL SEEM SO EXPENSIVE. THIS ONE IS PRICED RIGHT, NICE ,CLEAN, A LOT SMALLER THEN I EXPECTED.
AFTER 2 MONTHS, ITS LEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM RIM. I DONT USE IT EVERYDAY. SO IT'S REALLY BADLY MADE AND A WASTE OF MONEY.
I FIRST GAVE IT 2 STARS ,BUT HAD TO COME BACK AFTER YESTERDAY WHEN I FOUND IT LEAKING, I CANT NOT CHANGE THE 2 STAR STATUS OR I WOULD GIVE IT A BIG FAT ZERO.

YIKES! This kettle is dangerous! It dribbles instead of pours and the fingers of your pouring hand gets in the way of the rising steam. OUCH! Still, it does boil water and the whistle is great, so I gave it the 1 star. But the pain and suffering I have to go through to make a cup of tea using this kettle is just NOT worth it!
