I admit I chose this teakettle specifically for its looks...Nice and bubbly, and the perfect color for my kitchen.

After the first few uses, even if seemingly dry (soon after pouring the hot water in a cup, I emptied it out, and let it air-dry), the bottom rusted. It's a bit on the flimsy side, but I still use and like it.

Gave this as a gift. Liked the look and size, and the color. Felt it was perfect for the person I was giving it to. When I visited, there was a different teakettle on the range. Was told this farberware one came apart. Had to be sent back and a different one sent in its place.
