The tea kettle looks very nice and had no obvious defects in its enamel coating. It has about a 5 1/4 inch base in contact with the burner, is about 8 1/2 inches tall from bottom to top of handle, and is about 7 inches in width not including the spout. However, if you need it to whistle, you may be disappointed as I needed to razor and cut off plastic in order for the spout cap to fit flat against the spout. My suspicion is that this problem is not unique to my individual kettle but rather a design flaw.

not the right color,

The tea pot is great, but the color is more yellow than offwhite.
I liked the teapot but the color isn't what I thought it would be it's more yellow than offwhite in my opinion. I wanted to return it but I couldn't print out the return label. I don't see why you can't include a return slip with the order. Thanks, Sue
