Summary: How can you screw up a kettle? 2010-06-15
Comment: The kettle works fine and looks great. I also like the soft grip for the fact that it won't heat up. It holds lots of water and I do like kitchenaid products. You would'nt think a kettle could be screwed up in any way but my only complaint is that the whistle on this model is'nt very loud. If you are out of the room it's hard to hear the kettle whistling ( boiling ).

Summary: Burned..... 2010-05-31
Comment: I loved the look and color of this tea kettle but am very disappointed. 1) The spout is difficult to maneuver! 2) The whistle is challenged. 3) The bottom overheated and the coating is all chipping off down to the stainless. I'm having to toss it and buy another pot.

Summary: Your average tea kettle 2010-05-27
Comment: This tea kettle works. It's not amazing, nor is it horrible. It heats water successfully. I've had no trouble hearing the whistle in all areas of my apartment. I like the padded handle, but would prefer a handle on the side instead of the top. Having the handle on the top of the kettle means that you have to tilt the kettle to the side a bit when you fill it and pouring feels a bit awkward. The water pours out fairly smoothly, although it can get a bit dribbly towards the bottom. All in all, this kettle does what it's supposed to do and looks fine.

Summary: Nice Product 2010-04-28
Comment: I had a porcelain tea pot before and needed to purchase a new one. I am happy with the quality of this product. I have also experienced problems with the whistle working all the time. This was not a big issue for me.

Summary: Dark dark blue teakettle 2010-04-17
Comment: I love this teakettle, works perfectly on my gas range. Whistle works well, and I like being able to lift the whistle and have it stay lifted as it heats so that I can avoid the whistle sound if I like. Very disappointed in the color though, it is really black with a blue tint. I really wanted blue, but don't want to pay return shipping on an otherwise great kettle.
