It can rust if water is left in it, and it shouldn't be stored on the stove while other cooking is going on since the enamel can rust. However after only 2 months of limited use I noticed the enamel on the bottom edge was chipped in a couple of places. It sits on my stove and is used only a couple of times a week. I can't understand how it was chipped by being filed with water or placed on a stove. Not banged. The enamel is not a good choice, I will go back to all metal. I sent a email to the seller through Amazon and they never responded. |
