Metro 2.5 Quart Whistling Teakettle #3015

Comment: The whistle had stopped working on our old teapot, and it had become a dangerous activity to boil water in our house because both me and my beloved would set the kettle on and then go do something else and forget what was going on. Then you hear a cracking sound and smell a burning smell and realize, ooops I did it again. The Metro tea kettle is stainless, so it looks nice even after some use, it is easy to clean, the whistle actually barely worked when we first got it but it got louder after a couple uses. Hmmmmm. I can't figure out why, but it works fine now. I like it much better than the enameled kind, which look burned and ugly after a few uses. This one is utilitarian and would go with any kitchen, our kitchen is decorated in an early medieval dungeon motif and this kettle looks fine.
