Summary: Hot Water Dispenser Worked Full Time for Three Years 2009-10-01
Comment: This was our second Narita Hot Water Dispenser. We used it every day and it has done well for us. We had to call for a free part and install it to make it boil at our high altitude home. It arrived promptly. My wife thinks we should go for a higher quality one (more expensive) this time, in hopes that it will last longer. I think the low cost plus we know it will work at this altitude when we add the part is good enough for me.
