Comment: I am very disappointed in this product. I have only had it a few months, and the bottom edge has cracked and started to rust. Now water is leaking from these cracks.

Comment: I was afraid based on other reviews of similar products. Not to worry it is working great. I had dropped and burned the last one that I purchased retail at W & S. So I thought this one might feel cheap. It is of similar weight and quality.

Comment: Customer service for this product is fantastic! I was given this teakettle as a gift and the one that arrived leaked around the spout. I contacted the company and they sent me a second one. Which also leaked around the spout. The company then sent me a third kettle. This one does not leak as much/badly as the first two, which I why I kept it but it does still leak a bit around the spout. I'd have rather gotten one that didn't leak. It is beautiful and does its job though

Comment: I GAVE THIS TEAKETTLE AS A GIFT. SOON AFTER IT LEAKED AROUND THE SPOUT, WHICH LATER SEPARATED FROM THE BODY! CRAZY GLU MUSTED HAVE BEEN USED TO ADHERE THE SPOUT TO KETTLE.
