I've owned this kettle for at least 2 years now. What can I say other than "Brilliant". Still works and I haven't had any issues with it. Total boil time seems pretty normal to me, and the build quality seems good - nice and sturdy with no flimsy parts.

I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a nice kettle. Sturdy, nice looking, and heats up quickly in the beginning. After a year or so, it starts taking longer to heat a full pot. Mine quit working after two years. This type of thing should last 20. Now I have to throw this whole thing in the landfill. Gross. Just build things to last.

OMG! This Kettle just started working again. I cannot explain it. It simply did not work one morning. I tried it three times that day with no luck . I just turned it on one more time before I tossed it, and it worked! Yea!

So funny, I just spent an hour on here looking for a new one and not finding anything I wanted to buy.
