I have been looking for a double boiler. Of course I wanted one that was good quality, but not to pricey. I looked around where I live because I wanted to look at it, but we have really big ones. I was want to use it for candy and making frosting, so you see I just didn't need anything so big. This double boiler is top of the line in quality and the perfect size. I thought the price was a little more than I wanted to spend, but once I received it and used it. I decided it wasn't to high. It was perfect for my frosting and clean up was super easy. I highly recommend this pan. I will also be taking a look at some of Paula Dean's other cookware.

I use this double boiler to make yogurt. I set the milk at a low heat and go about my business. I have never burned the milk, or had that hard to remove stick on the bottom of the pan.
