Pfaltzgraff Pistoulet Enamel on Steel Personal Tea Kettle

This small teakettle is a perfect size for one or two people. Larger kettles one must overfill and they take forever to bring water to a boil--this one is quick. Lid is tight-fitting and doesn't leak hot steam on your hand; handle is plastic and doesn't get hot. Kettle pours nicely. Over time it will rust inside if you leave water sitting in it, so it's best to empty it after each use. It shouldn't be used on a burner larger than the kettle base.

I really like the kettle and think it is so cute, but it is a bit small. Wish is came in a bigger size :)

Perfect size for me, cheery to look at, pours very well, but developed rust spots on the interior during the first week: not good. Worse, this kettle has no whistle, and when I absentmindedly let it boil dry one day, part of the handle melted. They say it is heat-resistant plastic, but it decidedly isn't. If you can't keep an eagle eye on it, get something else.
