Summary: Elegant but flawed 2004-08-17
Comment: We have owned this model for at least 10 years. It is heavy and solid, but within one year the trigger spring broke. Balance is poor and the spout a little lower on the body than it should be for a good pour. The plastic insulation on the lower part of the handle is starting to melt. I have no idea how to replace the worn parts.
