This kettle is hard to fill and takes up a lot of space on my counter. It does pour the water well. I actually went to the local Bed Bath and Beyond and purchased a 2nd electric teapot with a handle on the side and a pop up top. The access is soooooo much better. It is also taller so it is better for limited space kitchens.
