I have a Zojiroshi electric air pot and bought this one, much cheaper, for my mother to use. She is arthritic and this product is much easier to use, as it is a pushbutton instead of a pump. It arrived even faster than promised. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

I just wanted a hot pot for tea which I drink all day and this fits the bill. The unit is solidly built and does a good job if you don't want the bells and whistles. I like it so much that I plan to buy one for my daughter as well.

Tayama Hot Water 3.2 LTR Hot Water Pot is a great product. Large easy to press and read buttons, stainless steel inner pot, and perfect height for my travel mug. Some of the smaller models are too short causing me to have to tilt my mug to fill it with hot water. Keeps water warm and ready to use 24 hours a day.
